At your appointment make sure to ask our staff for a green, pink or silver wristband. Wear the wristband until your next appointment. We then will cut it off, place your name on it and put the wristband into our jar. At the beginning of every month we draw a winner for $100 CASH! You can get your wristband replaced at each visit and there is no limit to the number of wristbands that you can enter into our jar. If you do not have an appointment for a few weeks and cannot wait to get a wristband, stop by our office during business hours and we will place one on your wrist!
