Treatment and Marketing Coordinator

Tracee moved to Sacramento from Redding where she grew up playing softball and volleyball.  Tracee joined Cater Galante Orthodontics in January 2008.  She had worked with an Orthodontist in Redding and loved the field so much, she decided to continue and found another job in Orthodontics when she moved to Sacramento( with us of course!)  She loves working at Cater Galante Orthodontics because the staff and the doctors all work together as a team and have a lot of fun together.  Tracee has the responsibility of helping all the new patients and their parents understand the treatment plans proposed by the doctors and help with all their financing needs including insurance benefits.    When Tracee isn't busy helping patients and their families with their treatment plans and financing, she loves to read and watch movies.  Be sure to recommend a good book or movie to Tracee when you meet her at Cater Galante Orthodontics.

Katie
Orthodontic Assistant the field of Orthodontics

Katie started off her career at Cater Galante Orthodontics as a patient.  She really liked the staff and service at Cater Galante Orthodontics and when a position opened, Katie was hired.  Initially Katie was helping at the front desk and later starting working chairside with the patients and found that she absolutely loved it!

Katie is friendly, kind and loves working with people.  Her smile (courtesy of Cater Galante Orthodontics) is contagious.  She loves being part of the Team at Cater Galante Orthodontics.

When Katie is not chairside with a patient, she enjoys traveling, reading and fishing.  We are happy to have Katie on our Team.  She brings a beautiful smile to our offices everyday!

Cyndie
R.D.A.

Cyndie  joined Cater Galante Orthodontics after having been in one Orthodontic practice for over 20 years. She was commuting over 1 hour and decided to find a position closer to home.   Fortunately, she found us!

Cyndie became interested in the field of Orthodontics because of her love of a beautiful smile and she wanted to be part of making that happen for others.  She chose to work at Cater Galante Orthodontics because of the great staff and Doctors who work together as a Team to give patients the best care on the planet.

When not assisting chairside with patients, Cyndie enjoys being with her family, especially her two sons, traveling in the family motorhome, riding motorcycles and working on her new house that she and her husband just built. 

Nataysia
Financial Coordinator and Director of OperationsN

Nataysia joined Cater Galante Orthodontics in July of 2006 and started her career as the Scheduling Coordinator.  She now oversees the operations at Cater Galante Orthodontics and is also the Financial Coordinator for the offices.

Nataysia is hardworking, responsible, dependable and very personable.  She is often one of the voices you hear answer the phone when calling our offices.  Nataysia became interested in working in the Orthodontic field because she had Orthodontics herself and understands the importance of a great smile to your overall health and self-esteem.  Nataysia loves working at Cater Galante Orthodontics because the staff and Doctors are great to work with, it is like a second family to her.

When Nataysia is not at work, she enjoys dancing, camping and spending time with her friends and family.  She is also completing her AA in Business from Sierra College while she works full-time.

Chelsea
Scheduling Coordinator

Chelsea is the very happy, smiling face you see at the front desk at Cater Galante Orthodontics.  She describes herself as friendly, determined, adventurous, caring and curious.  She was drawn to the field of Orthodontics by her own personal experience with Orthodontics.  She remembers how great she felt after her smile was made fabulous with braces.  She wanted to help other people have that same experience and improved self-confidence.

She choose to work at Cater Galante Orthodontics because she saw that the Doctors take great care of their patients, they take the time to make each patient feel special.  Chelsea says that the Team at Cater Galante Orthodontics is amazing to work with!

When Chelsea is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, Rick, her daughter Presley, shopping and traveling.  Her dream would be to go to France one day and visit Monte Carlo as well, and of course show off her beautiful smile!

Carolyn
R.D.A.

Carolyn has been working in the dentistry field for many years. She has worked in general dentistry, oral surgery and now orthodontics. Besides working in orthodontics Carolyn loves spending time with her family, and is currently remodeling her house. She met her husband Michael in 3rd grade, dated him briefly in high school, and they eventually fell in love. She currently has 3 children Matt, Alex and Dallas. Alex and Dallas have both had orthodontic work at Cater Galante Orthodontics, they both currently have big beautiful smiles. Carolyn looks forward to helping Dr. Cater and Dr. Galante give you and your family beautiful, full smiles like her kids have.

Joanie
R.D.A./Treatment Coordinator

Joanie has been working in the field of orthodontics for many years. Throughout her years and training in orthodontics Joanie has worked in the back assisting the doctors with creating beautiful smiles, and she has worked in the front coordinating the schedule and finances. In her free time Joanie loves to travel around the USA in her RV with her husband Bob. Her favorite places to visit, like her personality, are warm and sunny. When she is not exploring the country she is at home with her son Tyler and her precious grandson Drake. Joanie has worked for many orthodontists, and she prefers Dr. Cater and Dr. Galante because of their care and concern for their patients and their staff. She looks forward to assisting the doctors in any way that she can to help create the beautiful smiles that you and your family deserve.
