I had a great experience! I had my permanent retainer pop out that was put in 12 years ago by other orthodontist across the country. I called Dr. Caters office explained my situation and they told me they would be able to see me asap. I called on Monday they had me scheduled for Wednesday of the same week! The staff was extremely friendly and transparent about pricing. Dr. Cater was very informative and kind . He explained how they don’t use the type of retainers I had anymore (it’s the older bar) but mine wasn’t damaged from coming out and he was more than happy to rebond mine back into place since all that broken was the bonded glue. He took the time to explain what he thought and what he wanted to do. It took him less than 20 minutes to clean off the old bonded glue, reset my retainer and rebond it and I was good to go! He was incredibly personable and understanding. I could not recommend his office or staff enough! Clear pricing, quick turn around, kind staff, you really cannot get better experience going to the orthodontist than that !

Great experience at Cater Galante Orthodontics, I couldn’t be happier with the results from my Invisalign treatment.
